VoxelMap Mod is a minimap and worldmap mod that makes a great effort to be accurate to the colors you see in the world (and your resource pack). Display your surroundings, or view the entire (explored) world.
It has useful functionality like per-dimension waypoints, mob icons, teleport to waypoint (if the player has permission), and nether mapping. Optional chunk grid and biome overlay (with biome labels in full screen mode)
VoxelMap is a mod you might know by another name, as recently happened to you VoxelMap called, but before his name was Zan’s minimap. It’s actually the third modder who is responsible for updating this project as both the creator as another modder had left the project earlier.
This mod adds a customizable map us, ie we can change information that the map itself shows on screen to suit our needs. The map can show terrain, entities, whether mobs, animals or villagers.
Requires Liteloader. Release 1.4.5 and above can optionally output image files to your drive, to be used with the Voxelmap Image Output Processor. To output images, open voxelmap.properties and add this line: Output Images:true . Then run Minecraft. That line will disappear before your next run,so if you wish to do it again, add the line again
How to install:
- Install Liteloader. Follow the instructions in its thread.
- Put the voxelmap .litemod file in your minecraft /mods folder
- Launch Minecraft with the liteloader profile
