The Jump Pad++ mod introduces a bevy of blocks similar to pressure plates that have the ability to launch the player several blocks in the air, into dimensions, and much more. The basic jump pad has a couple of variations. The first can launch something that steps on it 5 blocks in the air. The second launches 10 blocks. And the third launches 15.
But the coolest parts of this mod are all the other pads. Of course you have your Nether and End pads. They do exactly as they imply: transportation to either dimension without crafting a traditional portal. What makes them so convenient is their size and portability. Just pack it up and take it with you wherever you like.
Then you have your damage inducing pads. These are good for setting up traps or securing your base. Or for whatever reason you like to cause damage. The three pads range from simple damage, to fire, to explosion.
For a bit of fun you have the Speed Pad, the Slow Pad, and the Acceleration Pad. These will either allow you to move at a quicker pace, slower like soulsand, or get a quick boost of sprinting when you walk over them.
And then you have your life saving pads. The Aqua Pad will give you an unlimited supply of water. Helpful if you need to be extinguished as well. The Impact Landing Pad will cushion your fall from a certain height. Perfect for high escape tunnels. And The Regeneration Pad that will help restore your health and hunger 1/2 heart at a time.
